We carry out both editing and proof reading. We can provide both or part services. We will always work with the author and we understand that the Queens English is not always what the author is trying to portray.

If you are thinking of self publishing let us help with any or all of the extras that make a finished book perfect. We can help with part of the publishing process or all of it.
Using our services can give you the freedom to use the printer of your choice and avoid using some of the 'all in' services currently available to self publishing authors.
Typesetting
Page Layout
Using the latest software we can lay out your work in a format both pleasing to you and your target audience.
We will set out your work using the correct printable fonts and output it in the correct file type, (normally pdf) for your printer.
We will help determine the finished size of your book and page count. This is important for marketing, pricing and for the cover design.
Ebook formating is also available.
We can:
Help you produce the cover you want. Covers are very important and we know that authors, being creative and imaginative people, have a good idea what they want and don't want.
Provide the technical knowledge to produce a cover pleasing to you and your printer.
We will, if you require, also help source or produce images that you can use without copyright infringment.
Any design we produce for you will be yours to use however you want, for advertising or on websites and facebook etc..
Book cover design
If you would like a review of your work, we also provide this service. This would include the use of correct punctuation and paragraph style and advice on the layout and flow of a book. We will be critical (but never personal) and tell you if we feel there are problems with your work.
We will advise on your work and can discuss this personally with you.
Reviewing work
If you think we can help in just part or all of your publishing requirements then email us with your ideas and we will work with you to produce a product everyone is happy with.
For prices, we will need to see your work or at least part of it with a word count and details of your requirements.
