J C Edwards is a Canadian artist, poet and writer with a wealth of experiences and imagination. Edwards enjoys life in retirement, in the beautiful Okanagan Valley in British Columbia, Canada. She spends her summers painting and writing and has published one book of poetry, with a second volume in the works. The Ghosts of Summer Island is Edwards’ debut novel, inspired by summers spent with her family, on just such an island in Georgian Bay.
